| Withdrawal Policy
All Students must pay their fees due
as laid out in the respective Student Contracts and by the
date(s) stipulated in the letter of offer, student contract
and payment reminders. The complete Refund Policy relating
to both Withdrawal for Cause and Withdrawal without Cause
is governed by the Student Contract entered into between the
school and the student.
The Refund Policy stated below is applicable to BITC's
Full Time or Part Time Proprietary Courses.
Tuition Fee Refund Policy
Tuition fees for full time and part time courses paid before
or after commencement of the course are refundable subject
to the following:

*Any refund will be subjected to S$50 Administrative charge
Commencement date refers to the date when the course starts
for the individual student as given by the school.
Any request for refund of tuition fees 3 days (for International/local
Students), after commencement date arising from unforeseen
circumstances would be subjected to review and approval by the
Principal.
Non-tuition Fee Refund Policy
Non-tuition fees, comprising Registration Fees, Administration
Processing Fee, Examination Fee, Uniform, Tool Bag, Bread
Thermometer and Textbooks fees are not refundable. There will
be no refund of non-tuition fees for the current month or
part thereof that has already been utilised.
Additional Fee Refund Policy
Additional fees such as Re-examination Fee, Rental
of Locker, Replacement of Student ID Fee, Make-up Lesson Fee,
Make-up Class Assignment Fee and Refund Administration Charges
are not refundable once service is rendered.
In addition, Students may be liable to pay (where applicable)
fees through BITC to government authorities or other external
parties (such as ITE or a foreign education institution).
Any refund on these fees should be resolved between the relevant
parties concerned.
A Student seeking a review of a decision regarding an application
for a fee refund should apply in writing to the Student Welfare Officer.
Students dissatisfied with the outcome of the review may appeal
to the Principal for consideration.
All requests pertaining to fee refund are subjected to the
school Principal's final approval. In accordance with the
Student Contract, it takes approximately 14 working days for
the refund process to be completed.
