Greetings to all! First let me personally thank you for your interest in the Baking Industry Training Centre (BITC).

We at BITC take pride in preparing our students, and are committed to their success since inception in 1993.

Our training center has air conditioned facilities in 2 Lecture Rooms, 1 Conference Room and 3 practical workshops that can accommodate about 164 students per session. Our learning resource center has a very comprehensive range of specialized bakery books for our students to read or make references.

The size of the lecture rooms are ranged from 31.5m2 to 63.0m2 and the practical workshops facilities are ranged from 123.2m² to 290m².

BITC Students are in the hands of caring professionals dedicated to the task. The challenge is to leverage on the strengths and ability of each individual. Our talented and dedicated 7 full-time Chef-Instructors and 2 sessional chefs adopt a positive and conducive learning environment integrating professional skills, techniques and career-focus education. The Chef-Instructor to Student ratio is about 1:24, which is in line with our commitment to quality teaching at BITC.

We have developed a transparent fee structure and all fee components are fully made known to all students at the point of registration. Students who have any queries about our fees are encouraged to contact our Administrative Office.

Every concern raised by our students is taken seriously at BITC. It is our policy to address your concerns promptly. We will resolve them within a reasonable time frame.
