This applies to students who are renewing their Student's Passes so as to continue the same course in the same school. Please submit applications for renewing a Student's Pass 2 weeks before the expiry of the current Student's Passes.

Submission
Applications to renew Student’s Passes are to be submitted via the Student’s Pass OnLine Application & Registration+ (SOLAR+) system at https://solarplus.ica.gov.sg/solarplus-ica/index.do. This e-service is also available at the self-service terminals located at the 1st storey and 4th storey of ICA Building.

Processing Time
The processing time for the renewal of student's pass is 3 working days (excluding the day of submission and collection) upon the receipt of the duly completed application by ICA. Some applications may however take a longer time to process.

Fees
The Student's Pass fee is S$40 per year or part thereof. The visa fee is S$30 per issue. The fee is payable when the successful applicant reports to ICA to complete the formalities.
