About WSQ
The Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) system is a national continuing education and training framework, designed to facilitate adult learning. It makes skills upgrading more accessible and provides career progression pathways for the workforce. WSQ is developed by the WDA in consultation with industry partners.

Aim of Programme
This course is developed based on WSQ material on the competency standard for the Food and Beverage (Operations) industry.

On completion of this competency unit, the participant will have the knowledge, skills and techniques acquired and be able to apply them to various such as hotel, bakeries, catering, cafes and other food related establishment.
