Attendance
- Participants must achieve at least 75% attendance (per module) in order to sit for the examination.
- Student’s Pass holders must achieve at least 90% attendance (per module) as set by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
What qualification will be granted?
Participant passed the examination will be awarded the certificate of Nitec in Baking issued by Institute of Technical Education (ITE).

All lessons are conducted in English; Mandarin lessons can be requested.
Examinations
The examinations will be held every March, June, September and November of the year.
Entry Requirements
GCE 'N' level, or you should have a good standard of secondary education plus enthusiasm for the subject
